In Methven Kids Stay, Ski and Eat for Free!

This winter there’s no excuse for not taking a family ski holiday.  The ski resort village of Methven in the heart of New Zealand’s South Island is welcoming kids and their families with a new “˜Methven Kids 4 Free’ deal for winter 2012.

Just a one hour drive from Christchurch Airport, Methven’s offering every child ten years and under FREE travel, FREE accommodation and FREE meals when accompanied by a paying adult. Kids ten and under also receive FREE skiing at Mt Hutt.

Free travel includes Christchurch to Methven return airport transfers and travel on the daily Mt Hutt ski bus. Selected accommodation providers in Methven will offer free stays for ten-and-unders sharing a room with their parents, using existing bedding.

Kids also eat free when ordering in participating Methven restaurants from the kid’s menu.

All kids ten and under get a free day lift pass throughout the 2012 winter making hitting the slopes at Mt Hutt fun and affordable for the whole family.
